Refund Policy

This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and sets out when fees paid to Wolvix Solutions LLC are refundable. Because our Services are bespoke professional services, time and resources are committed as soon as an engagement begins, and this policy reflects that.

1. Website package money back guarantee. Our Starter, Standard and Professional website packages carry a 100% money back guarantee. If we fail to deliver the agreed package scope within 30 days after the agreed turnaround, for reasons within our control, and do not remedy the failure within 10 Business Days of your written notice, you may request a full refund of the package fee. The guarantee does not apply where delay or non delivery is caused by late or missing content, feedback or approvals from you; changes of scope, direction or brand after work started; third party platforms, hosting or domain issues outside our control; or where you have approved the design or put the site into live use. 2. Projects cancelled before work starts. Deposit refunded less a 15% cancellation fee and less any Third Party Costs already incurred.
3. Projects cancelled after work starts. Deposit non refundable. Work completed to the date of cancellation is payable on milestones completed or hours worked, whichever is greater, up to the Project fee. No refund for work completed.
4. Monthly retainers. Fees are paid in advance and are non refundable once the month has begun. SEO and paid advertising retainers have a 3 month minimum term; cancellation takes effect after that term with 30 days written notice. The notice month is payable in full.
5. Hourly and pre purchased hours. Non refundable. Unused hours expire 6 months after purchase.
6. Hosting, domains, SSL and subscriptions. Annual hosting, SSL and maintenance fees are refundable pro rata for whole unused months if cancelled within the first 30 days, less any setup work completed. Domain registrations are non refundable. Third party subscriptions are governed by the third party's terms.
7. Digital products and tools. Reports, audits, templates and other digital deliverables are non refundable once delivered.
8. Third Party Costs. Advertising spend, software licenses, stock assets, app store fees and usage charges are never refundable by us. We will assist you in seeking a refund from the third party where their terms allow.
9. Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer instead of contacting us, we may suspend the Services and pursue the amount due. Contact us first; most issues are resolved within a few days.
10. How refunds are paid. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of confirming the amount, to the original payment method and in the original currency. Payment processor fees, bank charges and exchange rate differences are not refunded.
11. No other refunds. Except as set out here, in the Terms and Conditions or as required by law, all fees are non refundable, including where you change your mind, are dissatisfied with results that were never guaranteed, or a third party platform suspends an account or campaign.
